A brand-new powder room was added to the first floor, providing extra convenience for guests and ensuring a seamless blend of style and functionality.
Maximizing storage was a priority, so we introduced a spacious walk-in pantry—a game-changer for organization. With ample shelving and accessibility, it keeps everything from dry goods to kitchen essentials neatly arranged.
We created a multi-functional mudroom and laundry room, offering a practical space for keeping clutter at bay. This addition serves as a perfect transition area, keeping outdoor messes from spreading into the main living areas.
To enhance both storage and aesthetics, we installed custom cabinets that reach the ceiling, complete with an elegant two-piece crown molding. This detail adds a refined architectural element while maximizing storage space.
The remodel also involved combining the kitchen and dining room, creating an expansive, open-concept space ideal for entertaining and family gatherings. The improved layout fosters better flow and a more connected feel throughout the home.
